Atlanta Trip
Sometimes there is something amazing going on right in front of you. You just need to keep your eyes open to see it....
(All pictures below were taken....on purpose...during the Atlanta trip in May)
Glasses "needed" for the trip. EIGHT of them.
Mixers and energy. EIGHT of them.
EIGHT bottles of wine. More to come on these....
The Capital Grille Atlanta
Masi Brolo Campofiorin: Vintage 2008. This is the wine that you drank at Capital Grille Altanta. We also drank this same wine at Orsay before you moved but it was an '05 vintage.
Hollywood and Vine 2480. This is the wine that I drank at Capital Grille.
I modified the order.... EIGHT oysters please. (There is one hiding behind the Tabasco sauce.)
Dave Matthews Band Concert
Showtime 8 PM.
Dave Matthews Band Pit wrist bands: 2018.
Stone Mountain
Stone Mountain: Established 1873.
No eights here. Just a really cute pic of you.
EIGHT pedals on our walk to their "downtown" area.
Atlas Dinner
El Nido Jumilla Spain: Vintage 2008. Old world wine for you. This stuff, by the way, was EPIC (yes I used that word).
I told you I brought it because of the label that looked like sky jellies but in reality only brought because of the name. 8 Years.
My Entree: 8 ounces of meat.
Our back up wine just in case we wanted more. 2008 Norton Privada. All wine that was brought specifically for you was of the 2008 vintage. I kept on telling you that the "wines should be drinking nicely as they are ten years old." I did not want to mention that they were of the '08 vintage though. Are you surprised I had a backup wine? ;-) Nope. I didn't think so. LOL
The best one of the trip...
You have to look close on this one. EIGHT tiny hearts to the right of the Creme Brulee. I've sent you think picture over text as a subtle reminder that eight can be great and also a reminder of how great of trip we had.
EIGHT hearts on the CG table close up. You asked my why I was taking this picture. I just side stepped the question.
Moving forward when you think of the number eight try to think of an absolutely phenomenal trip. We had such a blast and I hope that we get to vacay again at some point down the road. I truly hope that today is the very best August 8th you've ever had.
